Upcoming  Road Maintenance

Indian Hills General Improvement District will be doing a slurry seal on the northwest section of the district in the month of June. We do not have exact start dates yet, but we will at the end of May. The project has been advertised and the bid opening is scheduled. The winning bid will be presented to the Board of Trustees in the May 28th Board of Trustees meeting.

A slurry seal is a cold-mix pavement surface treatment that uses a mixture of fine aggregate, asphalt emulsion, and water to seal and protect asphalt pavements. It's applied to the surface of existing asphalt to prevent water intrusion and extend pavement life.

Residents on these streets will be notified when they work will be done on their street, and we ask that you please refrain from parking vehicles on the street on the days your street is sealed. Again, you will be notified when your street is being sealed.
